"Bank Kremlyovskiy" LTD offers his clients such settlement forms as documentary letters of credit.

Documented letter of credit — is a pecuniary obligation of the Bank taken on the basis of the instruction of the Client-buyer to perform payment to the seller after the latest provided documents specified under the letter of credit. Letter of credit allows reducing commercial risk to the minimum, provided reliable execution of obligations by the parties.

Bank offers to its clients (legal entities and physical bodies):

• opening of the letter of credits held in Russian rubles and foreign currency for settlement of export and import transactions under instructions of the Client;
• conformance and execution of the letter of credits;
• examination of the documentation package for conformity to the terms of the letter of credit;
• advice of the letter of credit in favor of the Bank Clients.

When performing settlement in the form of the documented letter of credit, the Bank follows "Unified rules and customs for documented letters of credit" established by International Chamber of Trade, 1993, Paris.
