Bank guarantee

One of the most available and effective ways of the payment security or other obligations against counter parties is an achievement of the Bank guarantee.

Guarantee types provided to “Bank Kremlyovskiy” LTD

Bid bond (competitive or tender guarantee).Provides compensation of expenses and costs to the Beneficiary (auction operator) provided that the Principal (auction participant) revokes his offer prior to the tender expiration, and if the Principal gained the auction refuses to sign the contract with the Beneficiary and/or issue guarantee of due execution. As a rule, guarantee amount is a specified percentage from tender offering amount of the Principal.

Guarantee of advance payment repayment. Provides repayment of advance payment or payments (funds) received by the Principal from the Beneficiary under payment terms of the contract executed between them it the Principal fails to perform his obligations under this contract.

Guarantee of the obligation execution under this contract (agreement). Provides execution of contractual obligations by the Principal against the Beneficiary, including under contracts for supply, transportation, product processing, etc., by paying the amount specified in the guarantee to the Beneficiary.

Guarantee of payment obligations execution. Provides execution of payment obligations by the Principal against the Beneficiary concerning supplied products, performed works and rendered services.

The following variants of commission payment are possible when issuing guarantee

  • At a time, in the amount established by the agreement, within 3-5 days after the guarantee obtaining;
  • On a monthly basis at the range specified by the agreement.

Commission for guarantees in foreign currency is paid in rubles at the rate established by the Bank of Russia as of the day of payment. An important advantage of the Bank guarantee is its low value comparing with the value of the credit.

Guarantee execution for legal entities

To execute the credit print the Form and Form of Guarantee application, fill them in and provide to the Bank.

Besides, in order to process application concerning provision of guarantee to Your company by the Bank, You have to provide package of documents according to the specified list together with the Form for Client and Guarantee application.
